GUIDES A series of informative guides have been developed to assist clients through the often stressful real estate process. Shine, a guide for home sellers, has become the main publication for the Professionals group. The guides are designed to build and strengthen the client relationship but, more importantly, used to identify potential clients coming into the market and seeking information. They cover all facets of the industry from buying and selling through to renting and property development. |

DROP CARDS Often underestimated, drop cards are one of the most valuable tools of successful agents. These simple cards trigger a reaction that can often start the process towards selling aproperty. |

WEB SITE The Professionals Group have their own web portal and all member sites use a common template for listings. To add some personality Paul Clarke Creative have produced a splash page linked to the Methven site. The page has a loop of images showing the area and its lifestyle and a spectacular navigation bar. This has been so widely acclaimed that we are currently redesigning the whole site to be more sympathetic with the splash page. Site renovation is scheduled for early 2009, in the meantime, click on the image to view the link. |

LISTING ADVERTISING PCC did not create the Professionals brand look. However we have had a lot to contribute to its use. Methven are group leaders and have pushed the guidelines to create a strong and consistent identity throughout their marketing. |
